Mechanical / F&B Engineer

Responsibilities
  • Convert concepts into mechanical drawings, and ensure quality, manufacturability and cost effectiveness
  • Review and continuously improve on machine designs, features and work processes of existing machine
  • Maintain all engineering documents and records according to work instructions and procedures
  • Work with vendors and suppliers on component sourcing, test and selection
  • Conduct installation, training and troubleshooting of machine
  • To design and realize all the mechanical parts on the assigned development project, in line with customer's requirements and deadline.

Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent
  • Required skill(s): Microsoft Visio, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Project, MS Word, 2D & 3D AutoCAD.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent; or knowledge in electrical, gas connection & refrigerator.
  • Well-versed in Malaysia or International standards and regulatory for food service equipment will be an added advantage.

Electrical & Electronic Engineer

Responsibilities
  • To design and development for new derivative products.
  • To Take responsible for hardware design in product and product tester
  • Provide test specification/ parameter for the product to testing group.
  • To carry out design verification & create test report.
  • Work closely to company related organisation for product diagnose problem.
  • Able to interface with all level in hardware & software development organisation.

Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Experience in circuit & PCB, layout design & etc

QC Inspector

Responsibilities
  • Conduct inspection to ensure that the finished goods are conforming to all specifications laid down by company.
  • Conduct sampling inspection on semi/finished goods to ensure they conform to specifications.
  • Perform dimensional, functional or other tests using specified measuring and test equipments.
  • Isolate and identify defective products, report and highlight variances/defects to line and quality control supervisor.
  • Provide support to supervisors in implementing quality system established in accordance to ISO 9001.
  • Ensure proper record and documentation taken place.

Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 1-3 year working experience in a manufacturing environment with some knowledge of product and manufacturing process.
  • Must have ability to use inspection and dimensional instruments

QA Executive

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for all daily quality matters relating to the manufacturing process. Spot Check log book & record evidence & finding).
  • Co-ordinate all QC operations documentation and daily job distributions (eg. Verify QC Report).
  • Ensure Implementation and operation of document control is maintained in accordance to ISO standards.
  • Responsible for measuring equipment calibration. (eg. Ensure calibration done in order).
  • Able to prepare QA work instruction & QA checking standard (eg. Create SOP for new product & QA Check Sheet).
  • Monitor customer NCR & CAR and come out the preventive action.
  • Able to prepare QA monthly report. (eg. Cus NCR & monthly output quantity).
  • Provide training to new QA/QC inspector.
  • Ensure understand & handling of Sirim’s audit & application.
  • To monitor for the Sirim and ST application & renewal.
  • Organize daily operation of QC checking & report, should voice out if any defect found with evidence recorded. (eg. Inspection Report).
  • Lead the Weekly QC Meeting, prepare minutes meeting and follow up outstanding matters.
  • To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.

Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in engineering or equivalent
  • Required skill(s): quality assurance, quality control, QMS, ISO9001 Awareness
  • Required skill(s): MS Office.

  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Production Supervisor

Responsibilities
  • To monitor the workers working attitude and discipline, according to company rules and regulation.
  • To ensure the monthly target set is achieved, the machinery / equipment fully running and the product delivered according to schedule.
  • To do machine setting and confirm the machine condition before running new product and do minor repairing if the machine have faulty.
  • To control the expenses related to manufacturing activity, reduce the material waste and reduce in-process reject.
  • To educate subordinate with latest information and able to do consultation for problem subordinate.

Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM or STPM or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year in relevant experience in a similar environment
  • Good leadership, problem solving and communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, team player and with positive working attitude
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, achievement oriented and able to work under minimum supervision.

Admin General Officer / Executive

Responsibilities
  • Provide document control support for all project information management requirements.
  • Manage and implement policies and procedures to control the documentation flow, filing/ archiving and document handover activities for the main department office, throughout all phases of the project.
  • Coordinate and interface with various contractors, suppliers and subcontractors that have undertaken work to support company document control policies and documentation requirements.
  • Issues and tracks location of all documents and drawings.
  • Issues transmittal letters and receipts concerning the documents in circulation.
  • Preferred multi-tasking.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned from time to time

Account Executive

Responsibilities
  • Handling full set accounts and daily accounting operations
  • Overseeing the daily administration works
  • Assist in monthly closing and meeting of accounting deadlines

  • Provide up-to-date Accounting report
  • Liaison with external parties (banker, auditor, tax agent and company secretary)
  • Assist in other ad-hoc task as assigned

Requirements

Purchasing Executive

Responsibilities and Authorities
  • To issue purchase order for the purpose of items in accordance to orders received from sales and production department.
  • Purchase orders for the production of goods.
  • Purchase orders for operating materials-cover all materials and stationeries for the day –to-day operation of the company.
  • Sourcing for new suppliers and do a price comparison.
  • To evaluate the quality of suppliers on a year to year basis.
  • To confirm receipt of purchase orders by relevant parties for co-ordination of delivery time and ensuring quality and specifications of items are up to par.
  • Sorting delivery order and specifications or item are up to par.
  • Submission of completed purchase order to accounts department.
  • Coordinate, monitor and follow up with supplier on time delivery.
  • To ensure and practice a proper filing system.
  • To perform all other ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors whenever necessary from time to time.

Requirements

Drafting Officer/ Programmer

Responsibilities and Authorities
  • Manage and update drawings, 3D models and associated documentation of manufactured products such as BOM.
  • Support supervisor on his/ her daily operation matters.
  • Checks and record product quality regularly.
  • Checks and verifies rejects before scrap.
  • Performs scrap control.
  • Support Head of Department on assignment basic.
  • Responsible for product design which is fulfils customers and company requirement.

Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional certificate in Engineering, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Secondary School/SPM or equivalent.
  • Required Skill(s): Solidworks, CADCAM, MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel.

Responsibilities and Authorities
  • Responsible for the maintenance and repair of all factory machineries, fittings and equipment.
  • Carry out preventive maintenance and repair orders.
  • Assist in premise maintenance.

Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical or High School/SPM.
  • Experience in handling facilities such as Air Cond units, HVAC, Chiller and General Building Maintenance.
  • Familiar with single phase and three phase wiring.
  • Able to start work immediately.
